The global freight forwarding community has once again proven that logistics is not just about moving cargo —it’s about moving hearts. During its recent gathering, World Freight Network (WFN) raised funds through a charity raffle to support The Father Ray Foundation, a local organisation in Pattaya dedicated to helping disadvantaged children. WFN members not only supplied raffle prizes and bought raffle tickets, but they brought gifts and toys for the children, too.
The initiative, an annual tradition at WFN meetings, underscores the network’s commitment to social responsibility. This year’s efforts culminated in a generous donation, presented personally by WFN owner Kelly Bunyan, to representatives from the Father Ray Foundation. The moment served as a poignant reminder of the power of global cooperation in making a tangible impact on local lives. Watch here:
“The children’s visit to collect the donation brought everything full circle,” said Kelly. “It reminded us all why we do this — not just to grow our businesses, but to support those who need it most.”
With members spanning the globe, WFN continues to blend professional collaboration with a philanthropic spirit, making charity a key feature of its annual meetings.
