World Freight Network (WFN) members from around the world gathered this month for another Zoom Social. The virtual catch-up was hosted by WFN Operations Manager, Debbie Constantine. Members from China, India, Jordan, Malta, Netherlands, Pakistan, Poland, Spain, and the UK attended, so a fantastic mix of countries and experiences.
These socials are designed to strengthen relationships throughout the network, giving the opportunity for members to connect and share insights in between WFN’s annual meetings. Debbie said:
“Thank you to those of you who joined me on Zoom today, it was so lovely to see you. We had members from a great variety of countries, and it was wonderful to hear how business has been in different regions.”
During the session, members discussed their recent experiences in the logistics industry, shared the range of services they provide, and exchanged ideas on how to maintain strong client relationships. Everyone agreed that a personal touch and excellent customer service are key to attracting and retaining clients. The group also explored the best ways to stay connected and what makes WFN’s network so strong.
Debbie added, “Thank you all for taking the time to share your updates and insights. It’s always inspiring to see our members so engaged and supportive of one another.”
