Nearly 150 professional freight forwarders from around the world gathered in vibrant Pattaya, Thailand for WFN’s highly anticipated annual meeting — and it was nothing short of a massive success.
The event combined serious business with plenty of fun, providing the perfect backdrop for building stronger partnerships and friendships across borders. Delegates enjoyed a diverse and engaging program including meeting room sessions, a lively welcome reception, a memorable gala dinner, and a heartfelt farewell dinner.
The team-building session and football match was a big highlight, with delegates bonding through sport and friendly competition, that had everyone cheering.
‘This was my first time attending, and I’m blown away by the energy and impressed with the connections I’ve made,’ said one new member.
Another new attendee commented: ‘I’ve made more valuable contacts in three days than I do in a year. The football match was fun and brought us all closer together.’
In addition to the business networking and social events, WFN also gave back to the local community. A charity raffle was held during the gala dinner, raising funds to support a local orphanage in Pattaya. The generosity of the attendees made a meaningful impact, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the cause.
‘The raffle was a beautiful way to bring us all together for something beyond business,’ said one attendee. ‘It reminded me of how powerful our network can be when we work toward a common goal.’
As the event wrapped up with the farewell dinner, attendees were already buzzing with excitement about next year’s meeting location.
“We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Oman in 2026,” said Kelly Bunyan, WFN Managing Director. “Pattaya set the bar high, but we know Oman will be just as unforgettable.”
